I bought one of these on a whim @ Costco to keep in my Can-AM in case I needed a jump start. But have started using for many other purpose's. Found out I can just plug a regular Long USB charging cable in and use it to power or charge almost any phone / speakers/. one thing that it works great on is my ATN digital night Vision Scope, It will run it continuously all night long for @ least 2 nights before having to recharge. has power leds so you know when its getting time to recharge. It fast charges me & wife's phone no problem when out hunting- probably 2 phones at least 3 times. I think mine is 10,000MAH rated.
These are a great thing to have @ deer camp. LOL also has a built in flashlight. and will fit easy in pocket or pack. Battery Pak is rechargeable via 110vac or 12vdc from car.

only thing what ever you plug it into / make sure it has rechargeable batterys

First I have an emergency battery/charge kit I got I believe from Academy in my back pack. It is like 1 inch by 4 inches by 1/4 inch thick. It came with a USB cable that you can recharge when in camp or charge your phone in the field but it also has a solar cell on it where it can recharge itself. It may only give you 20% charge or more on your phone at a time but it works in a pinch when you need it. Second in one box stand I have a feeder 12 battery setup with a solar panel to keep it charge with a cigarette plug in to recharge my cell phone completely so I just carry a auto charge plugin in my back pack. Lastly in my main box stand I have a 12 volt deep cycle battery with a solar panel that I got from Harbor Freight that I use to power or charge just about anything. Oh, I also have a 12 volt power source on my 4 wheeler to also charge my phone. I hunt most of the time by myself and my wife would send out the troupes if she could not get a hold of me after 24 hours thinking the hogs ate me.

Turn the vibrate off. That is one of the biggest battery drains.

Got this one from RGEC (My electricity supplier in Val Verde county) as a door prize. You can get similar chargers from Radio Shack, Fry's Electronics and hundreds of suppliers on EBay.

Have one of these. Plug it in and let it do it's thing. Never runs the battery too low for the flashlight to work. Solar charging of the unit. Small and compact enough to carry in a pocket or in a day pack.

I use the little chargers all the time in the stand. I like to watch netflix on my ipad or catch up on shows I have missed.

I have two usb charger packs and keep one in my backpack to charge my phone if needed. I can get 4 or more charges off it. Uses the same usb charger that my android uses if I need to charge it back up. It also holds a charge for a long time. Costs about $14 from Amazon and is a little bigger and heavier than the phone.
Look up "Good Time® Generic 20000mAh Power Bank for Digital Devices White-Black" on Amazon. I doubt it's 20000mAh, but it works great for charging the phone and a gopro.

I spend my time hunting while in the blind. My phone is on vibrate and is not used unless it is an emergency. The rest of the world has to wait till I am done hunting....in Feb. grin
