I shoot striker fire and 1911's school me on the DAK trigger system it seems backward to me. I've watched several YouTube videos on how it works, but wonder what you guys think. Says the full reset pull is 6.5 pounds and the half reset pull is 8 pounds. Which makes me feel like it's backward seems like if you only did a half reset it should be 6.5 pounds instead of the other way around. Does anyone shoot one and like it compared to a Glock trigger? Got a line on a steal of a deal on P226 for nightstand/hunting and P229 for carry but both have a DAK trigger. What says the THF.

Double action only ftl

I wouldn't use it because the trigger pull is so heavy it leads to a pulling to the right

As bad as Glock triggers are, Sig's are worse. BTDT and sold all of them.

Its horrible. Dont do it. You can get used to it with practice, but I wouldnt recommend it.

There might be a reason they are so cheap. Can't give them away.

They take time to get used to. If you have a crutch of a trigger like 1911 you will hate it. Imagine it as a smooth revolver

I had one. It's about like a double action revolver. I don't recommend it at all.

The secret to a long life is to try not to shorten it.
