I would like to give you a little background information on myself as well as my hunting partners. We lost our lease in August when the land owner decided he wanted to do other things with the property. This of course sent us reeling trying to find another lease with very little time before the 2015-2016 season started. To date we have had no success.
I have 5 management minded hunters with well over 50 years of experience.(references can be provided) We are seeking a long term relationship, as we are not lease jumpers. We also take pride in leaving the place better than we found it. We are extremely motivated. The 2016-2017 hunting season is our main goal, but would also be willing to consider this year as well. Looking for something 2-3 hours from DFW. Water and electric is not a must have. Looking for something that we can develop or help develop into an productive lease.(i.e. food plots, 50/50 mineral/corn etc.) We have our own blinds, feeders etc...
