First sighting of this guy. Any idea what happened? Ped damage or broke off on the weak side or born special?

Looks like he might have 3 main beams Agreed, looks like he has a double main beam on his right side. I'd be interested to see what he looks like in a few years!

I don't know why he wouldn't be legal. I'm torn between shooting him and letting him walk if I see him. He's an odd one.
