 Something to do with that leftover turkey

5 cups of chopped turkey
2 cups of finely chopped celery
Half a purple onion chopped
2 chopped jalapenos
2 tbl of mayo
Fresh cilantro chopped (to taste)
Half a cup of sweet relish
Pepper and salt (to taste)
--i enjoyed adding some horseradish
Mix, cover and chill in fridge for one hour
Enjoy!

Instead of sweet pickle relish, chop up an equal amount of sweet pickles. Big difference.
