I pulled out some ribeyes that were HEB packaged my wife bought months ago. They looked burnt, little ice and dark colored. I marinated them for an hour in crown and olive oil. Patted em dry and salt and peppered em. Got the grill as hot as I could and flamed em for about 6 minutes on each side. They came out great! They were actually well done, but they were tender. Loaded baked potatoes and some cheesy green beans with a bottle of Malbec.

Cheesy beans: velvetta and french style green beans with a little crushed black pepper food
