I saw this game to table movement news article this morning and thought it was interesting that the mainstream news was covering it. I've also seen this chef on the Texas Parks and Wildlife tv show.

I love how they say this chef is a "pioneer" in this movement! What about all the food that has been eaten for the last, oh I don't know, 10,000 years or so?
My opinion and $5 will get you a coffee at Starbucks!
