Anybody have a recommendation on good entry level GPS? I don't want to spend a huge amount but willing to pay for reliability. An extra $100 is worth not getting hauled out by the forest service helicopter.

GPS map 64
If you use in truck a lot Montana series is nice size wise but heavy to carry.
Cabela's has a special on the 64 right now

I have an old Etrex I bought years ago for next to nothing. Have gone all over the state and in the dark and it has never led me astray. If you don't need maps basic one will do fine.
