Most popular was 6.5x284 then 260, now 6.5 CM probably due to great factory ammo. And dont forget the ever so faithful 6.5-06 which has been around before i was born '84
Imo the 6.5 wby is a waste. Way to overbore. Should have went with 6.5 of 240wby thru 7mm wby (all based of 300 H&H). Have one and its a hammer. Then again the 264 wm is too amd very similar, sadly way ahead of its time. The 6.5-06 has been Around a long time as well and is a fantastic round and doesnt burn thru barrels.

It's the only 6.5 Weatherby offers. - I sure would like to see the 240 Weatherby necked up to 6.5, that would be an instant winner.
I think it's kind of weird that you can't get a Vanguard in any 6.5 like the Creedmoor, the 260 or even the 6.5x55, which Howa offers.
Kind regards, charlesb

6.5 Weatherby is a fairly popular wildcat made by necking up a 257 Weatherby

264 Win and the 6,5-284 are the only 6.5s I have any experience. I'd rather see them make a 270-300 or a 7mm-300. The 7mm would be sweet.
Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.
