First order placed two days ago, fund withdrawn from account. Received email stating order order yesterday but no tracking number. Is this normal, I did call first and all pieces were in stock.I hate first orders, you don't have any experience to judge by.

Reach out to Skylar@SWFA here on the forum. He is a great guy and has assisted me on many occasions. All of my dealings with SWFA have been 100% positive.
I was wrong...on anything technical. Fitz............. is right, ya know............

I usually hear "say no more, I'll transfer you". Last time I got his voicemail, I left a message, and he called back about 10 minutes later. No problem.

Haha. every time I call and ask for him. I get questioned. Last time the guy said the skylar would have to be able to tell him what we were going to talk about or he would not transfer me.
during the last time they screwed me I was working with a manager there and no one would transfer even when I asked for them buy name.

Cleric I am not certain with whom you spoke, however I do apologize for the inconvenience it created. As Jason stated in regards to leaving voicemails. I diligently try to return calls the same day while it is still fresh. You are more than welcome to call. (972)726-7348 ext. 8334.
I also check my PM's regularly as well.

This is crazy, I've never had a single problem with them. Skylar has always helped me out!

I think that every company may have issues from time to time but every time I have spoken with Skyler I have never had an issue.

If it was a one time event I would strike it as bad luck. Everyone has bad days.
But all three times I have tried to buy from them have been bad to comically bad

So it hasn't even been a week since you clicked buy and you're upset you don't have it yet but you did get an email that it shipped? Jesus.

No vendors that work with customers. I have worked retail before and know it's hard. But I never wanted to put a customer in a bad position if I messed up. They took 1400 from me than refused to help me get my scope after they messed up Case in point. Camera land shipped me a scope. Fed ex put a call tag on my door for the wrong package than wouldn't help because i did not have the right number. I called camera land right before closing and they stayed a few minutes over to help me out, even though they did not mess up

I am going to give Skylar and all the folks at SWFA a bump. Great folks and enjoy doing business with them.

I think you would feel differently if told that it's okay you as the customer is out 1400 but swfa won't help or have themselves be out 1400 or if you had to spend 10+ hours on the phone to try and solve the problem. I understand things go wrong and people have bad days but it is how you respond to them that matters to me. And swfa is awful about that.
