Looks like a good place to take the dog and the in-law for some scratch hunting on the Monday after a big Sunday shoot. I don't really care about mass quantities of birds, just a couple of good points. Or is there any other place near Austin that is recommended?

Thanks-

I'm not a member but I've been there as a guest. It's okay and the price is right. The cover might be a little thick this year.

Thick cover is OK for me and the 80-pound wirehair- The pappy-in-law is getting on in years (86) and doesn't bust the brush as well as he used to; I have to send the dog for most retrieves nowadays grin
