Where is your lease? I just picked up a doe processed in Detroit Texas. Excellent ground hamburger and bacon burger. Run by Mennonites. They are all round processor and open all year long. They are also one of the few processor that will do wild hogs too.

If you're anywhere near Dublin, I suggest Clay's.

Not a big fan of them. Only good thing we have gotten from them was the ground hamburger meat. I've had way better everything else from other places. We just use it for convenience.

Kornegay's Processing in Cleburne.

Went toe to toe with Kuby's in deer camp last year and convinced a Kuby's loyal to change.

Kornegay makes awesome tamales as well.

This was the our first time with them. It is a new lease and they were the closest. If they continue to process like the first one I will be satisfied. Moved from a lease in Hamilton, had a real nice processor there, Hamilton Quality Meats.

They only charge $40 to grind 4 quarters into hamburger. Never had a problem with them. And there spicy breakfast sausage is the best.
