He's not kidding. By the time I had about $14,000 invested early on in the "hobby," and can't chamber rifles for fun and then sell them off to get more without getting an FFL, it only makes sense to have it as a side business.

Most of your top quality smith's do it because they themselves shoot a lot, and are some of the best gunsmiths for chambering up rifles.
