Looking forward to hunting with my daughter tomorrow (Saturday). She is 17. We haven't hunted together in several years. Hunting at our lease in Palo Pinto County. I sat all day on Wednesday and didn't see a single deer. Have them showing up at night on trail cameras though. Hoping the rut might be kicking in a little this weekend and we'll see some bucks moving.

Enjoy those times together. One of the greatest things in this world is spending time with family. Even if you get blanked, your daughter will remember being with you for the rest of her life.

^^^^This. Good luck to y'all this weekend. It's not neccesary about the kill, but about spending time with people you care about. A deer is just a good excuse to get out there.

Enjoy the hunt and most importantly her company.

Whatever you do though, don't ask about her boyfriend!!! Gun in hand, know where he lives, can make it back in an hour or so, etc.. bang realmad Ask me how I know!!!!

If you ain't hunting, you ain't living right.

Good luck and great memories.

If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.
