I will never, ever, ever take my deer to a processor. I've seen how people improperly take care of deer after they shoot them. I don't want any of my meat coming into contact with some of that tainted meat.

Besides, processing the meat is enjoyable to me.

I age and process my own. End up with the grinds/cuts my family prefers. Also means I am involved from start to finish. I get a lot of satisfaction from it.
