My Z6i fell off my rifle from the counter onto my tile floor. Had a dent on top and chips in glass. Called Swarovski fully expecting to pay a hefty fee to fix it. Shipped it off to them in RI where they then shipped it to Austria. Got an e-mail saying $95 for some small parts. I ask them, including the glass? Yep, like new. Turnaround was less than two months and scope looks like new.

Whew!

Swaro has always had great CS.I sent in an older one that I have just to get checked out, a scope physical if you will.
They checked everything out and replaced any worn parts internally, sealed it back up and returned it for free.
It's nice to know when you spend $2k on a scope, the mfg will take care of you at a later date.

Great customer service! They rebuilt a Z3 for me that had a pinched tube. The service was prompt and the scope looked new upon return. I spoke with the same lady 3 times. She was knowledgeable, helpful, returned a voicemail, and never put me on hold. Swaro's customer service is a cut above for sure.

I was looking at Swarovski binoculars at Sportsman Warehouse a couple weeks ago. They guy behind the counter got out some Vortex binos for me to compare them to. He said they would be about as good for less money. He was telling me how good the Vortex warranty was and said that with Swarovski, you are screwed if anything goes wrong with them. I like the Swarovskis better but I was hesitant to buy them without a warranty. I passed and went home and checked Swarovski's website for warranty information. It's actually very similar to Vortex, they just make you register the warranty. They don't market their warranty as much as Vortex does but it seems to be just as good.

I sent in a spotting scope and eyepiece to be cleaned and tested.
They cleaned, resealed it, and added new plastic/rubber exterior. Looked brand new.
I fully expected to pay for the work, but, got it back in 3-4 weeks with no charges, not even for shipping.

I was guiding a whitetail hunt in S Tx and the guy with me acidentally broke my Swaro's completely in half about mid November so I figured I was out money and the remainder of the season I would be using backups.
Two weeks later I had my bino's back with the newer design ergonomics..... no charge.
At that time they were about 12 years old.
