Nothing. That is on them. When they mess up, they tend to make it right, though.
I was speaking more to the amount of time it takes for an order to arrive at my house. agree, they do make things right.

I think some are suggesting that UPS has a service slower then ground shipping? Or they just like to complain...

UPS hands it off to the USPS on the cheapest option. IME that slows the delivery considerably.

UPS hands it off to the USPS on the cheapest option. IME that slows the delivery considerably. Here is one I have in the system as of today, it started in Arizona and drove through Abilene to Carrollton and is probably now with the post office headed back to Abilene. Package departed UPS Mail Innovations facility enroute to USPS for induction

Package received for sort by destination UPS Mail Innovations facility

Package processed by UPS Mail Innovations origin facility

Midway charges way too much for their shipping.
And UPS sucks half the time. I placed an order once (from a different company) and chose 5 day shipping. So they sent my package from a warehouse near DFW airport and air mailed it to Kentucky. Then they put it on a truck from Kentucky to Dallas and then to Fort Worth. I e-mailed UPS about it and they said they use the logistics to ship packages via the best route.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Yeah, I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems with Larry's new and improved shipping. Midway has lost a lot of my business this year with very slow shipping via the UPS to USPS handoff garbage. Their shipping is higher than most and it can't be tracked. I live way out in the wilderness and I have started hating ordering from Midway. They used to be my favorite supplier but I only buy from them now if they're the only one with the product, and that's very seldom. Too bad, I think they were a great company.

UPS hands it off to the USPS on the cheapest option. IME that slows the delivery considerably. it does the same for me. I takes at least 2 more days to get the package to my house. The average is about 6 business days which is ridiculous I don't know why they can't use flat rate boxes and let them go straight out. I order 1000 bullets from RMR and they stuff them into a flat rate USPS box and I have them in 3 days
The only easy day was yesterday

Same here, it's taking 6 to 8 days to get my order and the route is convoluted. It sits in a town north of Dallas from day 2 through day 4, for some reason and you can't track it after that until it arrives. I especially hate that when it's a $600 Leupold scope or an AR upper. USPS is faster by itself and UPS is 3-4 days at most, and you can track it all the way. I don't understand this dual shipper innovations stuff. I guess Midway is saving a bundle on shipping while they lose business. They'd get it fixed if everything wasn't out of stock anyway.
