In our camp the most valuable person is the Mr Fix-It. With a handful of aging travel trailers, numerous old spin feeders, blinds in disrepair, and fences to mend there is always something to fix.

i do all the cooking, i clean all the animals, i turned a rat infest cabin into a house with full kitchen full bath a/c and heat running water with water heater, i maintain all the blinds, actually built all the blinds, maintain all the feeders, mow and shred the ranch, mend the fences, clear the roads and senderos, but most of all we eat good, i make everything, we get good tacos or jeuvos rancheros in the morning, we get bbq for lunch bbq for dinner either steaks sometimes i fry fish sometimes i cook inside home cooked tex mex meals. for all this i dont have to pay to hunt i dont even have to buy corn and we feed year round i dont even pay for gas, owner picks me up.

I don't drink beer at the lease, too many cold trips outside at night. I have a good bottle stashed in the RV though.

The MVP is always the cook. If you don't know anything about guns and ammo you shouldn't be there anyway.

I'd say it's a tie between the Handy Man and whoever brings the best whiskey. Our camp is full of good cooks and most of don't drink too much beer.
