My son had his LH Camo Benelli SBEII stolen out of his truck Saturday evening in Amarillo. As these are not easy to come by, please keep an eye and ear out for it.
Thanks, Jim

I know how you feel. Over in jasper 3 years ago someone broke in our storage unit and stole all of our rods out of our boat. It was about 1500 dollars worth. Anyway I hope they find him. I would be checking gun broker and Craigslist.

FYI if he is an NRA member your get $1,000 worth of free gun insurance with the membership; go online and find the number to call and they will send the forms.

Sent them the paper work and had a check in my hand in 10 days.

Sorry to hear that, Amarillo is no longer a safe city. Things are changing there fast.

Keep your chin up. They cleaned us out a few years ago and I found my father's .270 6 years later in a pawn shop.

Nope...when somebody makes it easy for the criminal then they will come and take what they want! Just had one of my guys complain that someone broke into his car and stole $40 from his cup holder. Well dumba#$, can you make it any easier?

actually eagle1 son is the victim and
nothing is his fault. he should be able
to lay it on the hood and it still be
there when he comes back. if folks wouldn't
jack with stuff that doesn't belong to them,
and thieves were properly punished, we
wouldn't have the problems we do today.
maybe the thief will make his last mistake
soon.
about all you can do these days is have
an extensive description and photos and
hope the detective assigned isn't napping
when the case hits his/her desk.

personally, i'd like to see thieves get
an appendage removed for each theft.

That really sucks, I hope he gets it back. Just a reminder, guys, it takes mere seconds to snap a picture of your guns and their serial numbers on your smart phone and email them to yourself, thereby insuring you'll have that info virtually forever.

Sorry to hear that Jim, I'll keep a look out on all the gun sales I look at.

X2.

Hide it. Cover it up, put it away, if you can get it out of sight.
