Here are a few pics from Nov 1st till yesterday evening. Lot of young bucks so far. Notice the black mane on this young buck. The 11 point I killed last year looked like this. Notice the difference in color of this young buck compared to the one above. Same location as the pic above and the next pic I took. Young bucks sparring a week before the season starts. This old buck I have seen for 4 yrs now. I think he finally makes 13" inside the year. This was one week before opening day. Working a scrape one week before season opens.
Here is that old Gumby buck from 2012, 13, 14 and now 15. Dec of 2012 Dec 18th 2012 Dec 31st 2012. Fight almost ripped his ear off. Nov 9th 2014, about a week before the big 8 showed up. Nov 1st,2015

Do you expect his antlers to return to normal? I have a buck that broke the same exact leg and it didn't seem to alter his antlers at all. Although the break may be old as I have no prior history with the buck
