I have been using the ones from Academy (Wildgame) and they last a couple of years at most. Are there better ones out there in 6V or 12volt. I noticed that mine start to fog up and or get moldy inside. THinking about caulking the top. I bought some other brand a while back that lasted several years...not sure what brand it was but wish I could get more than 2 years out of them.

I've got a couple from Boss Buck (12v) that are on their fifth season out in the weather. They don't look like they're in good shape with the clouding that you mentioned, but they're still keeping the batteries charged.
At the end of the day, there's probably only a handful of Chinese companies making these cells and I think you'd be hard pressed to determine that one is much better than the other.

I agree with kry226, I have 1 boss buck 12v and multiple academy solar panels. I only have one that has fogged up and it is off of EBay.

I have purchased 5 watt solar panel from Academy not designed for deer feeders but for keeping boat batteries charged, etc. They have a glass front on them and not plastic, aluminum housing around and they have lasted for 5+ years easy! I may try those next time my feeder solar panels break. I believe they are made by Brunton or something and have a regulator so a battery doesn't over-charge. That may be the answer. They haven't clouded up or show any real signs of wear. http://www.amazon.com/Brunton-Solar-Trickle-Charger-Batteries/dp/B002U1S6QC

Monarch has a black solar panel that is the best I have found. They don't get cloudy like the cheap ones. 40 bucks, but they last a long time. I have one old feeder I bought used, already old. It has the original solar panel on it I presume, and it is still going strong.
