Wasn't able to hunt this past weekend but will be in the stand Wednesday in Palo Pinto County.

Plan to hunt all day. Supposed to be 20-30 mph winds. Anybody got any recent rut activity reports in Palo Pinto. Hoping to see some big boys out by then.

I didn't see any rut activity today. I think we are still a little early. Should be soon though. Checked my TC when I got home. Hardly any daylight pics.

History says it seems to be the 10 days before Thanksgiving, we should be seeing early rut this weekend in North Central Texas. No moon might help as well. Due to work I won't be at the ranch u til Saturday. Forecast is overcast and cool temps, perfect!
