Wow, and I thought mine took a long time at 18 months. Did you take it to the guy that was offering a deal to the members on the trip? If so, be prepared for a shock - not only did I not get the discount/price quoted, but it was like $150 more than I could have it done just about anywhere else. But I guess it evened out because my meat order - well, I got back three times as much as I would have expected. Processed meat weighed more than the buck/doe combined live weight. LOL

Another way to judge trophy is by curl. 3.5-4.0 curls is pretty good. 5.0 curls is outstanding. 5.5-7.0 curls is world class.

No I took it to a friend in Missouri. It's been ready for 8 months. I just haven't gotten up there this year. A buddy is bringing it back next week though.
