This may have been posted and answered before but I have a question. I've had an OnTime feeder for several (10-11) years. At first I had some problems with slinger plates and motors and the problems were resolved with OnTime without any problems. Now I can't reach anyone. No response to emails and nobody answers the phone. Are they still in business? I see their feeders still for sale on lots of sites.

Thanks for any info.

I just recently had some work done on two feeders. I looked the number up on line gave them a call etc... I shipped my feeders to them with a description of my issues and my address and phone number . A very friendly lady called in about two weeks telling that the work was done, I gave her my CC number and got my feeders back in about 3 days after the call.
Great Customer Service!

Thanks, LG. I'll just try a little harder to reach them!

If by chance they aren't in business anymore, I have two (both working) of the Lifetime Classic units and a box of parts. They are old units, but they are in good shape. If somebody wants them, all they have to do is to drive over and get them. I'm east of Waco about 40 miles. I've gone over to the Stand and Fill type feeders.
