Thought I already asked this, looking for your favorite MODERN gun loads for this caliber. I have these bullets on hand.
140 VLD Hunting
140 VLD Match Hybrid
130 VLD Hunting

Max or near max loads with Reloader 22 have worked for me using Nosler bullets. No experience with any you list.

I use 4831sc with 140 amax shoota damn good out of my 16.25 in barrel
Also took this load out to 800 yards on jasons range

my load * no warranty implied * 47 grains of 4831SC under a 140 grain Pro hunter and 47.5 under a 140 Nosler BT
AGAIN, I'm not a ballistician! This is a custom built Swede on a 98 action.

I've been working with xx.x amount of grains of H4350 with my 140gr VLD Hunters.
I need to work up a little better than I have done,and also jack with the COAL some! I know they will do better than the 2" at 100!
Surprisingly same powder, little lighter load, the 120gr Nosler Spitzers are doing 1" easily!
The way things should be are not often the way things are.....

I loaded a few up with RE-22 and H4350 to start with 140 VLD Hunting and 140gr AMaxs..stay tuned
