Anyone know when they will be available for purchase? I've looked at several dealers but no one has them yet or even say "coming soon"

Midway shows the ammo and the bullets are expected on 11/28/15. I would guess get your orders in soon I suspect tht the initial shipments will be limited. (I checked 30/06 and 30 caliber)

for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype

I'd love to load them for my 6.5 Creedmoor, but I don't know if I'm ready to give up my 140 gr AMAX bullets just yet.

I wish the 6.5 was the same weight on the eld and eld-x lines like the 7mm. Although I don't think 142 vs 140 would make a big difference

6.5 mm 143 gr. with a G1 of .625, and advertised to expand well.

7mm 175 gr. with a G1 or .660

How can I not try them? The 6.5 Creedmoor and the 7 Rem Mag are ready! And I have some hogs in my area that are pi**ing me off!

That 7mm has about an even BC with my beloved 180 gr. VLDs, but at 5 gr lighter it will be leaving even faster.

I might have to try them in my 6.5x55. I haven't found a 140 grain bullet it really likes yet.

No 6mm....that isn't smart with how 6mm popularity in the tactical world is significantly grown. Interesting...if they are consistant as the Bergers, bullet to bullet, that would be impressive...that is what they are claiming without saying that specifically.

Sounds like a promising bullet.

Ultimately, my 6.5 Creed is called upon pretty regularly to shoot things besides steel. Deer, pigs, coyotes, whatever. 143 with a .625 BC, sounds really appealing for that. Bad news is that it will probably be a year or two before a fella can get them reliably in any kind of quantity. That would be my guess.

You know how they make fishing lures designed to catch a fisherman?

I'm thinking about getting some of these because I really like the transparent red tips.

Kind regards, charlesb
