Does anyone have any experience with this rifle? I'm looking for a new rifle for deer and hogs in 7mm-08. Seems like my old 30-06 Model 70 kicks more than it used to. Any comments are appreciated.

The laminated stock will be a bit dense and heavy, which will soak up some of the recoil.
It has the inflex recoil pad, too. By all accounts it is pretty effective.
It's a nice-looking gun, too. I think you'll be impressed by the quality.

Thanks for the response. It takes me forever to decide on a new gun but the Browning is at the top of a short list.

Once you get used to the thumbhole you will either love it or hate it. Mine is not a Browning but is the second rifle that has had one and it helped me on accuracy and also on felt recoil.
