Survive is one question but if taste matters that is another question. Uncooked will last longer. Sorry I can't give you an Exact number of months.

Seasoned meat like sausage will last about a year vacuum sealed before the taste starts to get bad. Unseasoned meat will last up to two years. I just cooked some sausage that I made and sealed in January this year and it tasted like the day I made it.

I still have a few links of dried sausage that were vacuum sealed from 2010 that got buried in the back/bottom of the freezer, thaw and eat, couldn't tell it from last season's

I just ate some deer meat from 2013. Tasted great. Processed it myself and wrapped in freezer paper and freezer tape.
I once drank muddy water out of a hoof print and was dang glad to get it.

I just ate some deer meat from 2013. Tasted great. Processed it myself and wrapped in freezer paper and freezer tape. ^^^^^^ This, I've had venison and elk that I processed just like this and it was good 2 years later.
