$30 gutting fee, please gut deer in the field.
Skinned, quartered, iced 3 days to drain blood and tenderize.
Then your choice between hand cut steaks, ground meat, stew, roasts, and fajita slices. All for the same great price of $75
Just drop off your deer and an ice chest and come back and get it in about a week.
I also make some tasty jerky at $20 per pound. 5 FLAVORS to choose from.
At this time I am not making sausage or taking in any hogs.

For instance if you shoot a deer in Amarillo and won't be back in fort worth till 1am that is fine we will take it just make the phone call and I will send my address. Thanks guys.
