I have been looking locally for a Nikon Bolt XR for my crossbow but no one has them and I ended up ordering one without handling it first. I wanted to see who has used one and how you like or dislike it?

I have one and find the fine lines and little circles of the reticle very hard to see in low light conditions. I would prefer heavier lines and hash marks instead of circles.

I hope I don't regret buying without looking through it first. The other scope that I was also considering the Hawke XB1, but no one local had it either and from what I had read the Nikon had better glass.
