If true, Things like this just piss me off. It gives all firearms owners and hunters a black eye. I just don't understand some idiots. The sad thing is that the eagles have just started showing up around here of the past 5 years. The worse part is that if this bird was in fact shot there is no doubt the shooter knew it was a bald eagle... When you see one in the wild you know immediately what it is, even in low light situations so there is no "I thought it was a crow" excuses here.See update below, turns out the eagle most likely was NOT shot.
