I'm seeing tons of does on my feeder but not one single buck or even spike. There are 8 feeders on this 1k acre lease and it's the only one with none. Any ideas? Good or bad?

welcome Move your camera around on trails or water to see if they are moving in that area.

In a month and half you should be in business! That's a good problem to have.

Put some meat in the freezer and be patient until the rut starts.

Sounds like a great spot you're in, I'd be very happy. Better than seeing ten bucks every day for two months on game cam and not one during season.

The stand I hunt at my place is a total waist of time till the second week of November. All doe all the time, but once the rut hits you have the greatest buck attractant in the world!

Your stand is obviously in/near the bedding area of some matriarchal groups. Bucks bed elsewhere. Once pre-rut gets going and bachelor groups are all broken up, you'll start seeing more bucks in the areas where the does live year round.

I appreciate the responses. I and right off the edge of a pond and see a ton of does and yearling so I just found it odd. But I guess where there are does at the right time the bucks follow!

In my opinion I would take out a few doe at that stand to create more competition for the bucks when the rut starts. More competition between the bucks will lead to a stronger rut and better buck quality in the herd. Just be patient though. The bucks will show up once the rut starts.
