Well, I got a shell stuck between the charging handle and bolt. It's bad when the range guy's say "never saw that before". Can't get the bolt far enough to break down the upper. Any suggestions?

Sorry bout your luck, seperate upper/lower and work the brass forward. You've got some nasty scaring going on there, look real hard at bcg when cleared.

Insert a dowel rod down the barrel; try forcing the BCG so you can lock it back. You may need to use a mallet to un-wedge it from the shell casing. Until you can get the BCG back into battery you will not be able to break it down. Good Luck!

I would take the barrel and gas tube off and mess with it.
