Anybody have a report from the Schleicher County area? Im hearing all the spring rains have the deer herd looking a little better this year.

The deer are in good shape with good numbers and the quail
population is really doing well.

Same at my place. Good fawn crop. No major jumps in score on our mature bucks though. Seeing more turkeys this year too. The acorns are going to be crazy. Good luck to you guys!

I was out there this past week. Things are still pretty green, got another inch or more of rain Thursday into Friday. Deer are in very good shape, numbers are high as always. Antler growth seems to be on par at least for us.
