Can anyone give am estimate of how many deer, a one acre food plot would take care of if rain & fertilizer is ample?

I have a half acre plot at Chalk mountain. I've seen as many as 12 deer at one time. This was last year with good, timely rains. It survived but they kept it mowed down pretty good. Deer density will dictate how many it will support. That, and rainfall amounts.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it. Don't text and drive.

5,but that is only an estimate, or completely uneducated guess. Whatever you want to call it.

Really good summer plots can take care of up to 6-7 deer per acre. Winter around 3 deer per acre. This is in the South Texas area. The type of soil, foriage in the plot and rainfall will greatly factor into the answer.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?
