I have seen ALOT of axis bucks. Do any of the ranchers or guides here think there is twin axis bucks that look the same? I know Whitetail twins will resemble each other but not exact. We found a axis earlier today that is a spitting image of one we shot last week. 4 point on each side and lots of mass.

I have never seen one that's the same. That's why I ask. Thanks

DNA test them. Otherwise any opinion will be pure speculation.

With Axis twinning so infrequently, I'm going to guess, that they had the same sire from closely related mothers. If that's true you may have some younger bucks running around with similar characteristics. An axis, is still on my bucket list for the future, maybe next year.

for every stereotype there's a prototype don't be the prototype
