Based on the current political climate and what is certain to be a new round of fiat gun control....if you were gonna build another SBR, already have a trust set up...would you go the registered SBR route or off the record pistol with sig brace?

I'd personally register, thinking of building a 8" 300BLK right now myself. Will be the route I go if I ever get paid all the money have out on websites right now lol.

Sig brace costs $150, SBR stamp costs $200. No reason to have the fake version just to save $50. Get the SBR.

SBR, cause you never know when the policies reguarding the sig brace will change.

SBR because guys with SBRs make fun of guys with Sig braces.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I say Sig Brace. Screw the govt and keep your $50 plus the cost of a stock. The NFA laws are unconstitutional anyways so why support it!
GO TRUMP!

Question on the SBR overall length....the gun is considered to be SBR if the overall length is less than 26" with the stock collapsed. Assuming you shoot it suppressed 100%, does that length include the suppressor?

Question on the SBR overall length....the gun is considered to be SBR if the overall length is less than 26" with the stock collapsed. Assuming you shoot it suppressed 100%, does that length include the suppressor? Only if the suppressor is permanently attached. Say you have a SBR with 10.5" barrel and a suppressor that was 6" long you could permanently attach the suppressor and only pay for the suppressor stamp. Otherwise you'll need 2 stamps one for the SBR and one for the suppressor.
