We have been target practicing quit a bit lately, getting ready for our hunt with Muley Mike in two weeks.

This afternoon my wife was out driving around on our land at 2:30 with a friend and they saw a small group of hogs. They all took off, but she was fired up and wanted to go back out this evening with our rifles.

Sure enough, all four where right back in the same spot tearing up the grass on our dam. She crawled through the grass to get as close as possible, then she made a perfect prone 150 yard shot through the heart.

We ended up with 23 1/2 pounds of boned out meat, and she just kept saying how beautiful the meat looked!!!

Going to be some good eating there. Tell her congrats on the shot.

Very well done!!

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

You got yourself one heck of a woman right there. Great job and great picture of her in the grass.

Nice. After crawling through all that grass, I would be running to the shower to remove any chiggers!

Great! My daughter has "hog fever" bad. She continually tries to figure out how to get back out there!
