Just wondering in anyone has been in the area so far this season? If so how are things looking? Many elk in the area?

Thanks in advance!

Hunted and hiked that unit for almost 20 years, use to have a cabin there. Lots of elk, but lots of pressure. Southern end is your best bet. After first season find the nasty stuff, close to private or go high depending on snow fall.

Hey TexasChris, I'm doing a drop camp in 77. Any advise for second season?

I probably do...you know where you're being put in at? Who's the drop company?
