That sounds like a pretty aweful experience. In my own experience having things shipped, the retailer provided me with tracking information for my items. If they can't provide you with a tracking number, then it never shipped. The shipper will typically take responsibility for anything that doesn't make it from A to B. I feel like it is B.S. when they tell you they shipped it the very next day. When I hear that, I want my tracking number for proof. No business will mail something and not track it, there are too many that try to take advantange
Good common sense is not synonymous with proper grammar and spelling. If these are your main points of contention, you don't have a leg to stand on.
