I'll tell you why. About 3 weeks ago, I was trying to zero my NV scope in the predawn darkness. I was in a hurry because dawn was right around the corner, so I set up my target, twisted on my suppressor, set up on the hood of my truck and took the shot. A loud BANG followed, which wasn't exactly what I expected. I hadn't tightened on the suppressor completely and the baffle strike blew the unit 20 feet away into the dirt. When I examined the suppressor, I found the mis-alignment had caused the bullet to hit the metal at the end of the unit. I had broken my toy. With much chagrin I called the SilencerCo support line. They gave me an RMA, I boxed up the suppressor with a copy of my tax stamp and sent it off to the factory. I told them what had happened and instructed them to bill me what was needed for repairs. Today my toy arrived back home looking like new. There were no charges, no billing. Everything was perfect in less than two weeks. Again, the entire issue was operator error, my fault entirely. There was no inquisition, no finger pointing, just fix it quick and send it back. To say that I'm impressed is an understatement. Oh, and I'll never thread a suppressor in a hurry again. Painful lesson learned.

...good stuff!
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Your positive review is the payment they were hoping to receive from the customer service they provided. Good on your for sharing it!

I'll add to that. They emailed me last week to let me know one stamp was in. I replied to the email that I'd wait on the other stamps and pick them all up at one time. I got a phone call today just following up. The person that called wasn't the one that got my email and wasn't aware of it. He was concerned that the original email they sent might have gotten caught by my spam filter. I was pleased that he took the time to call. Hopefully my others will be in soon!

Sounds on par for their superior customer service. I called about a barrel spacer that wasn't in stock to check when it would get in. The person I talked to apologized for them being out of stock and sent me one for free the next week when they came in. I have 3 suppressors made by them and love everything about them. Good quality product, reasonably priced, and backed up by good people. Hard to find that these days.

Have a .45 Osprey in holding currently, glad to hear the good report on customer service if it's ever needed.
