The backstrap is very good. The last one I shot was mixed with beef 50 50 pork and made link sausage, vey good. The next will be sausage made of all pork with seasonings.

Back straps. I can do those in about 10 minutes without much light. If it is a big smelly boar, it goes straight to the boneyard.

That was a great video, and the pig they killed, in my opinion, was the perfect eating size! I've gotta' try those dutch oven tacos, looked really good. Thanks for putting that up here.

edited to add: I found this TP&W video on making feral hog tacos. It's the same guy (Jesse Griffis) who's in the video above. Looks good!
