How is the deer herd out that way? I'm sure the hog population is great. Any info would be great!

Depends on where your at. There are some really good deer but not a lot of numbers. Supposedly a really good stretch to hunt out of hamlin but hard to find a spot.

Low deer density area but chance for a brute! Espicially if you are on the south side of 92...got any wheat around where u hunt? That will certainly help...

Hunt hard and long...those big West Texas deer are a real waiting game most of the time.
