I have a predator 6.5 hp engine from harbor freight. I had a couple people tell me to order the upgraded air intake/exhaust. I put them on today and now when I move the throttle above idle I get a surging in the rpm. I took the new intake off and put the old one back on and it ran like normal again. Too much air?

Make sure your throttle return spring is attached, the long spring on the throttle arm
