Well fun and fellowship was had by all ccleaned out the freezer, bacon rapped dove for supper first night followed by CF backstrap. Put out a few lines in the river and caught enough catfish for a fry just tried to make it casual. Unfortunately the squirrel numbers are down and those that set up on trees that were producing the kind of acorns the squirrels wanted still did ok.
Still had fun listening to the owls hoot and the stories told.

That makes me sad. I tell you what you can come over to my place in e tex and stay in my cabin and kill all the squirrels you want and we'll trade for a nice Aoudad hunt. peep

Reminds me of the time I went on a week long, once in a lifetime Ovis endorsed pheasant hunt (Very expensive!) and a group of guys elected to go crow hunting instead. Didn't know how challenging and sought after crow hunting was until that trip.
