I just got on a lease near Eastland and I hand threw out some corn for one night to see what the camera's might catch. Lot's of coons. 5 in one photo alone. Anyone know of a muti trap that works where I can catch several at a time.

This or 3-4 dukes traps.

A family of coons in the same trap, would sure test it's strength!

I agree with several Dukes traps.
And if you have seen 4-5 coons, you probably have a dozen or more

we used 4-5 live traps set directly under the feeder side by side alternating opening direction, the next morning, we had 4-5 coons (one in each trap, but occasionally we would catch 2 young ones in a trap). The deer seems a little bit skid-dish but would eventually come on in to feed around the outside of the traps. After the morning hunt, we would dispense of the coons and reset the traps. Do that a couple or three days and it will definitely reduce your coon issue.

+1
I've had both the Dukes and Z-trap.
Basically the same thing but I like the Z-trap a little better

We used "coon cuffs" at our lease in Tom Green Co and trapped just under 300 last year. Hard to believe I know but the LO was running the traps during the week when we weren't there.

I believe coon cuffs are more or less the same as the duke traps, I think you need a good weapon mounted light, a ruger 10/22, and cooler full of adult beverages

I set 4 dukes at a time about 8 ft apart and fill all 4 most nights I trap, at least for the first few nights then it slows down a lot...

Oh, and the best bait that we found to use were marshmellows.

Yep. Mini marshmallows seem to work best for me as well. They pass up the corn for the sweetness I guess.

In my live traps I was told to use by a GW the jumbo size marshmallows as they look like turkey eggs to the coons. It worked for me.
