That is probably the highest number of buttons I've ever seen on a single snake.. Wowsers!

Impressive snake. Bet that one could rise up above the top of your snake boots and give you a scar to remember.

I've seen bigger rattlers but that's the best set of rattles I've ever seen.

Pretty rare to see one that big with all of the rattlers. I have seen a few that size and bigger but the rattlers are broken off.

My brother killed one near garden city about 35 years ago. It had to be over 6.5ft. The rattlers were broken but the base was around 1.5-2" wide.

yup...I killed on that was over 6 1/2 feet (without his head) in Dimmit County a few years ago. Only 14 rattles on that big sucker.

It measured 4 1/2 foot long and 20 rattlers. Saw it along a sendero at midnight coming back from a pig hunt, only had an AR so one shot of the .223 and a good wack with a machete. Did skinned and kept the skin
