Personally, I'd give him at least another year...
2 yrs and he'd be a stud. If I had good neighbors I'd let him go a year or two...maybe let a kid have a nice 1st deer if neighbors wouldn't give him another year or two....

He looks 3.5 to me and surely has potential, your call, but he may get some good height going in a year or 2.
