Ready to buy a suppressor for use on 300BO and 5.56 for now. Would prefer to buy from well-stocked, knowledgable, local dealer. Any recommendations? I live near Rockwall and had considered looking at Ident Marking, but they don't seem to be that interested in selling suppressors? Stopped by once and called twice but apparently everyone is always too busy with higher priorities and just generally not really even that interested, which tells me if they aren't very eager to sell a suppressor, any kind of post-sale customer service would meet with even less interest in my experience. Didn't really want to buy online if there are any local Texas businesses I could give my money to. Will go the NFA Trust route...any good locals for that as well? Thanks y'all! Jim

Can you name a few of the "lot of well stocked" dealers? Would like to check them out in addition to the OP.

I saw some suppressors yesterday at rifle gear in Plano
You might call front sight firearms in Mckinney also

Ident really isn't geared up to take walk in customers. Not sure what they have in stock but if you do business with them ask for Jason Crum and he will get you taken care of. Native outdoors is close to you as well and they have a pretty nice selection in stock.

Walter tell me more about SAW Long story short he screwed up the paper work and wanted me to and my brother to pay him to fix it because he had already done all the "work". I said no you screwed it up I am not paying to have it fixed. Either fix it or give me my money back. He would not fix the error so he refunded me all the money except what he wanted to charge to fill out the forms. I called the cc company and fought the first charge and got my money back the next day. Told the guy I will never be back if he is interested in screwing customers like that. The paper work he does is stupid simple and he just wanted to screw us instead of fix his mistake. Walter

I walked in saw one day and was going to buy a harvester and I asked the price of it and he said $1,500. I asked if he was referring to the harvester or the harvester big bore and he said the harvester. I Would like to think that he just looked up the wrong one but even after I questioned him on it he didn't budge he said there was a lot of paperwork on his part. I ended up getting my harvester elsewhere for $550.

Euless Guns & Ammo in Euless,Tx usually has quite a few different brands in stock. Off Duty Armory in Burleson,Tx is my local Class 3 dealer, but I'd call them to see what they have in stock.

Jon Trammel in Breckenridge normally has a good selection of ThunderBeast and Crux. Good guy that will fix you up.

Silencershop.com, easiest process you will find and they save your trust so after your initial paperwork is sent, you never have to send it again unless you have changes.
I have bought my harvester, spectre 2 and octane 45 hd from them.

Alamo had some when I stopped by there awhile back.
You might want to call to make sure the right people will be there if you want to look at them.
The gentleman that was there when I visited wasn't able to show me anything out of the case.
They have a nice place and more stuff than I was expecting to see.
It's worth stopping by if you are in the area.

I have bought my harvester, spectre 2 and octane 45 hd from them. x2 on Silencershop. I bought two from local guys but the last two from SS...if I ever buy another it will be from them again. I'm fairly certain they are the largest suppressor dealer in the country and their prices and service are hard to beat.

yeah event though they arent local to DFW their prices and lay-away with instant paperwork mailing is awesome, I started using them right before Silencer shop went to dealer only or what ever they call it. I have bought a couple from capitol armory now and recommend them to everyone. Silencer shop was great too but I dont like the new business model of them having to send it to a local dealer

Capitol Armory to save some money. SWFA is actually priced well. Alpine Range carries TBAC which is nice and local.
