I'm 99% certain this is just a common garden snake... Since I have a curious 4yr old who will pick up anything I wanted to make damn sure.

Funny about the kid, my kid used to bring me the snake then ask if it was venomous. I had to explain its a little late if you've already caught it to find out.

haha that reminds me of myself when i was a kid. dad gave me that talk one to many times for his liking
